Gorham, Maine – At the recent HPBExpo in Dallas, TX, the large wood stove Jøtul F 500 OSLO V3 was awarded Best of Show and Best Wood Stove, for its groundbreaking Fusion™ Technology. Fusion Technology combines a high flow volume combustor and secondary combustion baffle, with automated secondary air control. The result is a stove that does not require a bypass, delivers the industry’s lowest first-hour emissions profile for wood stoves, and has only a single air control lever for ease of operation. Vesta Awards are presented each spring by Hearth & Home Magazine. Bret Watson, Jøtul President, accepted the awards on behalf of the company’s Research & Development team.
